The Trials@Home project has ended with the publication of a set of final recommendations for the successful implementation of decentralised clinical trial (DCT) approaches in Europe and beyond, including operational, technological, legal, regulatory, and ethical aspects of their conduct. In October 2025, the consortium organised a conference dedicated to the project’s recommendations on the conduct of DCTs, with engaging panels and discussions on the topic and an outlook on the future of DCTs.
